Collaboration Agreement:
March, 2026.
You agree to these terms for your own custom figurine sales, as a contractual agreement.
Project Plan and Steps
We, you and I, will contractually work together to create a figurine featuring your character, to be sold with a limited run, lasting two weeks for sales, and limited inventory.
You will get a percentage cut of earnings from your figurine sales.
STEPS
Design
I will design the figurines, with your inputs and reference imagery. This is a rough copy.
sculpting
The model will then be sculpted to add remaining details. Including colours. This will be a 3d render.
Printing
When the 3d renders are to your liking, a real, first copy will be created. This is what the final product will look like.
Sales
The product will then launch, using photos of the real copy. The sales period will last two weeks, then manufacturing will begin. I will create the figurines, based on the amount sold, excluding refunds, and ship them, myself.
Payment
After the products have been shipped, you will receive your payment percentage of sales.
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
General qualifications
Must be 18 years old or older.
Confidentiality provisions
Both parties will keep any confidential information, or sensitive information private, such as:
emails, financial information, other identifiable information (such as legal name or preferred name, telephone numbers, addresses,) and any documents shared.
IP ownership, licensing, and censorship
You must entirely own the intellectual property of the character you want made into a figurine. This is the copyright and/or trademark. Meaning you created the character yourself and own it, or obtained the rights to it. You are prohibited from using any material you do not own.
I will be licensing me your intellectual property for the sale of the product, and any marketing related to the product.
Figurines can’t have nipples, or genitals. Regardless of sex/gender.
Currently, no hate symbols can be present, nor parodies that resemble too closely to their original. I.e. Parody of Nazi attire, etc…
Fictitious hate symbols are permitted, so long as you own the rights to them and are distinctly not a parody of a historical hate symbol.
*hate symbol permissions may change in the future.
Complex details will need to be simplified, i.e. netting stripes, animal patterns, tattoos, clothing parts, etc.
Sales
The sale of your figurine(s) will run for a two week sales period, with limited stock. No new figurines of this contract will be produced or sold after the two week sales period. Finalizing the amount of sales, minus any refunds.
Any refunds after or during the two week period will be taken away from the sales amount, until shipment of product(s.) All refunded products will not be sold, if made, as these figurines are a limited run.
Any new, future venture with me will have another entirely unique figurine design from this contract.
Payments
You will earn 25% of sales revenue from your figurine, minus any fees/taxes.
You will receive your payment after the figurines have been shipped. On the last week of the month, on the month that the figurines were shipped.
You must be able to accept electronic money transfers from Canada, i.e. E-transfers, EFT, etc… I won’t be mailing cheques. Make sure the country you are in is NOT sanctioned by Canada, otherwise payments cannot be made, and termination of contract will apply.
Termination
Termination as:
Sales of the figurine will be terminated and all sales will be refunded. The contract, terminated.
Termination is eminent if:
If you break any of the agreed terms.
If the product cannot be shipped within a 3 month period limit, starting after the day after the 2 week sales period ends.
Other:
You can choose to terminate anytime during or before the sculpting stage. I would appreciate a message, if you want to terminate, thanks.

If the contract has been terminated, you cannot apply for another contract, for another calendar year and six months. However, if the termination was because of the 3 month period limit, you can reapply at any date.
