Creator Figurines

By buying a creator figurine, you help financially support your favourite creators. A percentage of sales revenue will go towards the creator featured in the product of a creator figurine!

A blog will be created under, UPDATES, in the header menu, to see any updates for when creator figurines have been shipped, delayed, cancelled, etc.

REFUNDS

For Creator figurines, the general rule is you cannot refund after the two week sales period, or receive a replacement. Other figurines can be refunded.

I will not be selling to countries sanctioned by Canada, or undelivered countries. You will be refunded if you bought any product, if this mistake occurs.

Small defects such as brush strokes and small bumps are not grounds for refunds, as these are hand made products.

If a product wasn’t to your satisfaction upon arrival, i.e. large tears, large missing paint spots, or missing elements… A new product can be made or you may receive a refund. However, you must destroy the old product, with photos as proof.

MANUFACTURING

These products are made in Canada, with imported materials. I make them with silicone, acrylic paint, and plaster powder. They are created from 3d printed molds and airbrush painted with stencils.

Figurines will sit for a period of time before shipping to reduce vapours in the paint, allowing them to off-gas for a while.

SHIPPING

It can take up to three months to create a preorder product, if the product is not shipped within this time period, they will be cancelled and you will receive a refund, then no figurines will be delivered.

I can’t ship to every country, sorry. I’ll be expanding the amount of countries I can ship to over time. I am currently favouring tariff/duty free/low countries.

No shipments will be made to countries sanctioned by Canada.

All products are shipped (preorders, or not,) on the same date, so you’ll have to wait a while.

MATERIALS

The materials used to create the figurines are not food safe. Do not put them in your mouth, do not put them in your aquariums, do not give them to your pets, and keep them away from small children.

The figurines tear easy, so don’t stretch them. They might become scuffed looking if you squish them a lot, as it will cause tears in the acrylic, even if it is well adhered to the figurine.

Keep them away from direct sun or other UV rays, to reduce colour fade.

If the product still smells, you can keep it outside, protected by the sun, even in the winter and summer, to off-gas. The hotter it is, with airflow, the faster the remnants of the solvent smell can evaporate.
